Ingredients
2 Parts D'USSÉ VSOP Cognac
1 Part Monin Ginger Syrup
1 Part Fresh Lime Juice
10 Mint Leaves
Top Club Soda
Glass & Garnish
Highball & Lime Wedge, Mint Sprig
Method

In a shaker, lightly muddle mint leaves and add D'USSÉ, ginger syrup and lime juice with ice. Shake and pour into a highball glass. Top with club soda.
