Ingredients
1 1/2 Parts D'USSÉ VSOP Cognac
3/4 Part Simple Syrup
1/2 Part Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 Part Fresh Lime Juice
1 Egg White
Glass & Garnish
Rocks & Orange Slice, Cherry
Method

Add egg white into a shaker and dry shake for 20 seconds. Add D'USSÉ, lemon and lime juices and simple syrup. Shake and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
